Straight outta Dural, Dr Mumbo has a new hip-hop idol

As long time hip-hop and Grandmaster Flash fan, Dr Mumbo was pleasantly surprised to find a rap battle between Australia’s leader of the opposition Bill Shorten and Nova96.9 breakfast show’s Fitzy and Wippa on Friday morning.

He was thoroughly impressed with the efforts of both parties, until a new rapper came on the scene.

Dr Mumbo wasn’t sure what to expect when Ray Hadley entered the room, resplendent in a New York Knicks shirt, a gold chain and flipped cap, but Ray quickly showed Fitzy and Wippa who is the true king of rap on Sydney’s airwaves.
