Subway adds rotisserie-style chicken wrap and subs to Signature Menu
Subway’s Signature Menu is growing with the addition of rotisserie-style chicken subs and a wrap.

Chicken fanatics rejoice! Subway® Australia is serving up its latest fresh flavour combinations with the introduction of a tasty new protein to the Signature Menu which is guaranteed to rule the roost.
Introducing the new Rotisserie-Style Chicken made with 100% chicken breast – a tasty new option for poultry lovers, available in Subway® restaurants and on the Subway® app across Australia from Wednesday, 23 April.
The transformative Signature Menu has been making ordering easier than ever for Subway® guests since its initial launch in March, offering a selection of expertly crafted subs and wraps without the hassle of having to select every individual ingredient.
Perfect for anyone looking for a quick and convenient meal to fill them up on the go, the Rotisserie- Style Chicken is the star of three new Signature Menu flavours – the succulent Signature Rotisserie- Style Chicken sub, the Signature Chicken Pepperoni sub and the Signature Chicken Caesar Wrap.
The Signature Menu builds of the Rotisserie-Style Chicken sub, Chicken Pepperoni sub and Chicken Caesar Wrap are a good source of protein.
At 28g of protein per serve, the Signature Rotisserie-Style Chicken Subway Six Inch® sub provides 60% of the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of protein for women aged 19 to 70 and 43% of the RDI for men aged 19 to 70*.
Subway® Australia & New Zealand director of marketing Rodica Titeica said the new additions are in response to evolving consumer preferences.
“We know quantity of protein in a meal option is a key driver of choice for millennial and Gen Z consumers through our own consumer research. The younger generations prioritise more than just taste and we continue to evolve our menu with changing consumer needs.

The expanded Signature Menu chicken range coincides with the launch of a refreshed Subway® Signature Breakfast Menu, featuring tasty combinations to suit every early morning appetite and help guests start their day with fresh flavours and great value.
The breakfast update includes the mouthwatering BLT with Egg and Cheese sub, the Mexican-Style Brekkie Wrap and the ultimate pairing of tender diced steak and poached egg in the Steak & Egg Brekkie sub. Guests will also be able to select a Spinach & Egg Wrap and a breakfast classic Ham & Egg sub from the new Signature Breakfast Menu.

- Signature Rotisserie-Style Chicken: Succulent rotisserie-style chicken, made with 100% chicken breast, served on freshly baked Italian Herbs & Cheese bread with Old English cheese, chipotle southwest sauce and a fresh salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion.
- Signature Chicken Pepperoni: The perfect pairing of tender rotisserie-style chicken and pepperoni with rich marinara sauce, spinach, tomato, onion and olives, finished with melty mozzarella goodness and garlic aioli.
- Signature Chicken Caesar Wrap: A classic salad in a wrap. Succulent rotisserie-style chicken with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, mozzarella, poached egg and bacon, wrapped with a drizzle of creamy Caesar dressing.
About the Signature Breakfast Menu
- Spinach & Egg Wrap: A satisfying combination of poached egg, melty mozzarella cheese, spinach, and fresh tomato all wrapped in a multigrain wrap.
- Mexican-Style Brekkie Wrap: Loaded with leg ham, melty mozzarella cheese, poached egg, avocado, juicy tomato, red onion, fiery jalapeños, and finished with a drizzle of chipotle southwest sauce – all wrapped in a warm, grilled white wrap.
- BLT with Egg & Cheese: A mouthwatering mix of tasty bacon, poached egg, Old English cheese, lettuce, and tomato topped with creamy garlic aioli on toasted white bread.
