Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras brings 275,000 metro viewers to SBS

The first segment of SBS’ broadcast of the 2020 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras had 275,000 metro viewers, according to OzTAM’s overnight preliminary ratings. The second segment had 270,000.

The parade topped the key advertising demographics of those aged 16 to 39 and 18 to 49, and placed SBS’ audience share above that of Ten – 10.0% to Ten’s 7.4%.

With the addition of regional viewers, part one of the parade had 392,000 national viewers, while part two had 283,000.
