Sydney start-up Clipp expands mobile payment venues to more than 600
Bar tab app Clipp has doubled its number of venues to more than 600 as the ability to pay for goods on mobile devices continues to rise.
The Australian Leisure & Hospitality (ALH) Group has begun to use the Sydney start-up’s technology in a move that will allow drinkers at its 300 pubs to pay for drinks and and food without the need for cards or cash.
Clipp co-founder and chief operating officer Greg Taylor described itself as a “convenience creator”.
