Ten announces Brooke Blurton as The Bachelorette

Western Australian youth worker Brooke Blurton will be the star of the first-ever mixed-gender edition of Ten’s The Bachelorette, with both men and women competing to win her heart.

She was first seen on the Nick Cummins season of The Bachelor in 2018, and left the mansion of her own accord.

The 26-year-old Noongar-Yamatji woman, Blurton, who also appeared on Bachelor In Paradise in 2019, is the first openly bisexual star on Ten’s popular reality show.
