Ten elevates Paul Anderson to COO to share leadership role with Hamish McLennan

TenTen has promoted its chief financial officer Paul Anderson to the role of chief operating officer of the network, lifting some of the managerial burden from CEO and chairman Hamish McLennan.

The news, distributed this morning, comes ahead of Ten’s half-yearly results today, which are anticipated to show the network made a loss in the first six months of its reporting year.

In his new role Anderson will continue to work as CFO in addition to his new responsibilities and report directly to McLennan, who took on the role of chairman of the listed company two weeks ago when Lachlan Murdoch stepped down to take up a role at News Corp.

Anderson has worked with Ten since 2003 and was made chief financial officer in March 2011.
