Ten makes room for The Biggest Loser in an evening reschedule

Channel Ten has made its first programming changes for 2012 with a reworking of its weekday evening line-up to make room for The Biggest Loser.

The biggest move has Ten shift The Project, now an hour long, to 6pm from its previous 7pm timeslot. The show will air Monday to Friday with a half hour episode on Sunday.

Returning to an hour-long format, Ten News at Five will run Sunday to Friday.

These movements free up the 7pm slot for The Biggest Loser which will be stripped from Monday to Thursday.
