Ten to launch Breakfast on February 27

Ten has confirmed it will be launching its new TV show Breakfast in a fortnight’s time.
The network’s head of news and current affairs has also accused rivals of “taking cheap shots” over the launch. Ten announced:
“The wait is over – at 6am on Monday 27 February, Network Ten will make its highly anticipated entrance into the early morning news space.
This show will rate to mars based on eye candy alone.
I know there are probably a lot of great people working on and for this show but it still says to me…disaster…ratings flop…

Spontaneous = product placement will see crazy weather guy/girl in unrelated location
Fresh = will lift its discussions straight from #twitter
Provocative = host will be racist and sexist and occasionally drunk
Fun = Crazy Weather guy/girl will also dress in unusual clothes

Paul Henry is one of the funniest men on TV. Will be watching.

Paul Henry could run a morning program all by himself..he is a great entertainer. Hopefully the others bring a good dynamic and the show’s a success. Can’t wait to watch!
