Ten to premiere Masterchef season 10 on Monday 7 May

Ten’s flagship reality program Masterchef will return for its 10th season on Monday 7 May.

The show will fill the hole left in Ten’s schedule as Bachelor in Paradise concludes this Sunday and Monday. Bachelor in Paradise has been providing Ten with a much-needed ratings boost, however the network has been struggling on nights it is absent from the programming schedule – with audience shares dipping to 9.2% on Tuesday and 7.9% on Wednesday. 

Ten will be banking on Masterchef being a ratings success

A release from Ten said this season would be “full of surprises”.
