Ten’s Bondi Rescue climbs, while Nine’s Top Gear remains popular among younger viewers

Nine’s Top Gear was the most-watched regular series last night as it continued its run among younger viewers, while Ten’s Bondi Rescue also continued to gain share.  

Top Gear came behind Seven’s evening news with 1.434m tuning in, bettering its performance from the previous week, according to preliminary overnight OzTam data in the main metro markets.

The car show was also the most-watched program among 16-39s and 18-49s. In those demographics, it was followed by Nine’s Survivor: Heros and Villains.

Meanwhile, Ten’s repeat episode of NCIS managed to grab an overall share of 1.264m viewers, while Bondi Rescue bettered its ratings run of last week with 1.18m.
