Ten’s investigative journalism into people losing jobs
While Dr Mumbo hasn’t seen a screengrab (anyone? anyone?) and the original message seems to have been deleted, the sheer number of retweets does suggest that this really did happen:
“@channeltennews: We’re looking for someone who has recently lost their job, but has a mortgage. We’d like to interview you!”
It probably doesn’t take Dr Mumbo to point out that a large number of mortgage-paying staffers of Ten’s Breakfast lost their jobs when the show got axed on Friday.
