Ten’s next talent spectacular: Don’t Stop Believing
Ten has unveiled what it claims will be the next big format – all singing, all dancing talent contest Don’t Stop Believing.
The show is being produced for Ten by TV production behemoth Shine which has only recently launched in Australia.
The announcement:
Network Ten today announce a major new television event for 2011, with the commission of Don’t Stop Believing a spectacular entertainment show combining singing and dancing in a format never before seen on Australian television.

Glee isn’t real?
Darn it, I was so excited to hear they’d axed Idol and SYTYCD, now they’ve just combined the two and ruined my favourite song off the Glee album, by naming it ‘Don’t Stop Believing’.
I seriously think that TV is taking the Piss now – Is there an inside joke or something that im missing, Like a couple of years ago someone said “lets make a really crappy show and see if anyone watches” and its turned into a competition between networks to see how much pure shite they can program and still win the ratings each week.
Every time I read the words ‘Don’t Stop Believing’, I hear them sung in the deaf kids’ voices…
No matter what the PR release says…you can’t’ polish this turd
Keep it up fellers. Until such a time as the networks understand that if they keep producing low budget purile shit you the viewer will leave in droves the better.
Don’t limit to the networks, contact the advertisers and let them know if they want to advertise during such shows you will stop using them.
The only way we can save local production in this country is fresh ideas and real budgets. Not the dross and piss poor pay spewed forth at the moment.

australia got talent was such a huge sucess on channel 7 they just want more peeps to watch channel 10 with dis bullshit
Ok, X-Factor originally aired on channel ten a few years back, where it failed in ratings miserably. Idol and SYTYCD were awesome at first, but no wonder the’ve been cancelled because the formats are boring now. Let’s not accuse Ten of copying.

This is such a copy of glee. Even if you look it up on the net. The scotish have done this show first . Exact same name the lot. And there is such thing as Glee.
The scotish ones have real glee groups singing and dancing.
I can’t believe they copied glee though. Nothing can beat the real thing 🙂
