Ten’s Saturday audience share falls to 6.8%

Ten’s share of the metro television viewing audience on Saturday night was just 6.8%, well behind the ABC’s 11.8%, Nine’s 16.0%, and Seven’s winning 23.7%.

It wasn’t, however, Ten’s worst performance across the ratings week, with the channel slipping to just 5.6% last Sunday. Ten’s best performance across the week was on Thursday, when it had a 13.8% share.

Ten largely competes in the under 50s demographic

Ten’s most-watched program on Saturday night was 10 News First, which attracted 259,000 metro viewers, a figure which climbed to 377,000 with the addition of regional viewers.
