In the battle for breakfast, Today beat Sunrise in another good morning for the Nine show, while Ten – which posted disappointing financial results yesterday – again failed to squeeze a single show into the top ten.

The most-watched Ten show on Thursday night was Keeping Up With The Jones with 601,000 viewers, followed by Recruits: Paramedics with 575,000, according to overnight ratings from OzTam.

Seven dominated the night with the top four rating shows, with Beauty and the Geek Australia on top with 1.33m.

Ratings for Nine’s The Celebrity Apprentice, which did so well on Wednesday night with 1.3m viewers, drooped to below 1m.
