The Bachelorette finale draws 972,000 to watch Georgia declare her love for Lee
Last night’s finale of Ten’s The Bachelorette, which saw Georgia Love choose plumber Lee Elliott, pulled an audience of 972,000 to the final decision. But the finale could not beat last year’s finale audience, with of 1.52m tuning in to see Sam Frost’s final choice.
The 972,000 figure was recorded for the final moments of the show when Lee was declared the winner, just after 9:00pm.
The remainder of the show, which kicked off at 7:30pm, was watched by 790,000, well ahead of the season premiere.
