The Block boosts slightly ahead of tonight’s final while Ramsay boosts audience for Seven
The penultimate episode of The Block: Triple Threat could not unseat Seven’s reality juggernaut My Kitchen Rules in the primetime ratings battle last night, while the second episode of Ramsay’s Costa Del Nightmares lifted for Seven.
Heading into tonight’s live auction special The Block mustered a slightly improved audience of 1.141m viewers, up on last week’s 1.039m but well behind MKR which had 1.495m viewers in the 7.30pm timeslot.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay held almost exactly half of the MKR audience straight after at 9pm, with 751,000 viewers, up from his debut of 719,000 a fortnight ago.
Great show…CH7 doing something right.
