The Block helps Nine win night as ABC’s Doctor Who and ANZAC Girls most time shifted shows
A reveal episode of The Block helped Nine win Sunday night with a metropolitan audience of 1.548m tuning in for the renovation show, with the ABC showing improved viewership for Doctor Who and ANZAC Girls to again beat Ten for audience share.

While Nine won the night on the back of strong performances for The Block, Nine News (1.3m) and 60 Minutes (1.2m), Seven came in second with the X Factor pulling exactly the same audience as last Sunday at 6.30pm, while 1.095m tuned in Sunday Night at 8.30pm to watch Australian journalist Amanda Goff reveal her secret life as a high class escort, whil Seven News got 1.202m.
On the ABC Doctor Who drew an improved audience at 7.30pm of 748,000 from 710,000 on its debut, while ANZAC Girls following it drew 800,000, up from 758,000 last week. Those shows were also the most time shifted of last week with 199,000 tuning in later for the BBC show while the World World I got another 169,000 viewers according to OzTam preliminary overnight metro ratings.
