The prince and the weathergirl
Dr Mumbo salutes Sydney Daily Telegraph journo Kate Sikora.
She’s given a column on page 3 of today’s newspaper to recount, slightly breathlessly, how Prince William returned her wave at Sydney Airport, before he spoke to her during his Redfern visit.
Revealing that she waited for four hours, she admits: “Before I had a chance to think of what I would say if he stopped in front of me, there he was.”
She stood there for four hours.
And. Didn’t. Think. Of. A. Question.
So she asked him about the weather.
Brilliant. Surely there’s got to be a Walkley in that.

Nice use of spell check 😛

Next week, Kate Sikora comes to us from Channel 7 studios, and more importantly from her 7.53 slot on Sunrise.
