The Pulse hires chief medical officer to boost healthcare tech

Specialist agency The Pulse has appointed Dr Mark Hohenberg as chief medical officer in what it claims is a first for an Australian communications agency.

The agency, which specialises in virtual and augmented reality, has appointed the senior geriatrician and academic to lead its healthcare technology efforts.

Dr Hohenberg, who also holds the roles of Campbelltown Hospital staff specialist clinician and Western Sydney University clinical dean, will oversee healthcare product development and integration.
