The Voice easily wins Monday ratings, Tricky Business recovers
The Voice stormed Monday night’s ratings once again, pulling in an audience of 1.9m – more than half a million more viewers than Seven News, the second most watched show of the night.
Even though the song contest saw its lowest ratings to date, it won in all key age demographics, according to preliminary results from OzTam.
Seven News took 1.387m viewers across the five city metro markets followed behind by The Block with 1.348m viewers.
Nine’s new drama Tricky Business performed well, up to 0.769m in its 9.30pm timeslot from last week’s 0.692m and the week before’s result, 0.745m.
Can’t believe that many people would go back to Tricky Business.
Seen it all before.
Any word how Ten’s late news did on debut?
Thanks for the constant updates on the brekkie battle and nice to know Sunrise still reigns supreme. Are people still watching The Voice? The backing music is lacklustre, the songs are plain and boring. Seal tries to dominate over the other judges. Obviously Tricky Business is riding on the back of The Voice which runs over time and so eats into the tricky business time. I didnt watch ten’s late news. Hopefully Sandra Sully is not on anymore. She used to giggle like a silly schoolgirl in front of Brad.
Tricky business is fun to watch and i think they should change the time to earlier like home and away.
Great to see Tricky Business doing so well, even when in a late time slot. Good mix of Australian family drama with the added twist of the investigation each week. It deserves success.
