It happened to me – the GM/Founder of a Melbourne indie agency I worked for was a serial creep and sexual predator, targeting his young female employees. He was even sleeping with the young woman in my role before me (who was 20 years his junior). When I left the agency (after speaking out), my female director was fully aware of his behaviour but chose to cast a blind eye. This was only a few months before #metoo began. I wonder if this movement would have made things different once I’d spoken up!

Could somebody explain to me why Tracey Spicer is deemed credible in her accusations? It does not appear she has any hard verifiable facts. She uses old accusations, innuendos and seems out to destroy people and build her brand. Let the courts do their work. I find her actions particularly disturbing. The metoo movement seems to have become judge and jury. Most women I know have experienced some sort of inappropriate sexual behavior at work, but have dealt with it immediately and forcefully. The movement has set women back in the work place and made us look like weaklings. I am trying to understand her appeal.
