Transport NSW has appointed Anthony Meere as
Transport for NSW has hired Anthony Meere as its director of media and communications.
Meere is replacing Scott MacKillop who was previously the acting director of media and communications at Transport NSW.

MacKillop has since taken up a role at Western Sydney Airport as its general manager of media and government relations.
In a statement to Mumbrella, Meere said: “I’m delighted to take on the role as Director – Media and Communications at Transport for NSW.
“The NSW Government is currently embarking on the largest transformation of transport in the state’s history. Being able to influence the communications for this will be a great challenge.
Meere started at Transport for NSW after his stint at the National Health and Medical Research Council where he was its director of brand and communications.
Throughout his career he has also held positions at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Regional Australia, Local Government, Arts and Sport.
