ABC to align digital channel Dig Music with Triple J

ABC Radio is seeking to win over music listeners in their 30s and 40s by aligning its digital channel Dig with its youth-focused Triple J.

The move will see a new format for the station aims to win over former Triple J listeners who have grown out of the station.

Presenters will join the station when it is officially relaunched in April following a six month period of audience and industry consultation.

In the meantime shows will be guest presented by musicians such as Moby, Billy Bragg, and Sarah Blasko.
