The announcement:

The Goldie’s Own 92.5 Triple M Stands Up to Domestic Violence

Now in its fifth year, The Goldie’s Own 92.5 Triple M is standing up against domestic violence by hosting its annual ‘Stand Up to Domestic Violence’ paddleboarding event at Currumbin Creek on Saturday, November 30.

Raising awareness across the Gold and Tweed Coast, Triple M are welcoming locals to attend and take part in the morning from 7am.

Bridge & Spida will be broadcasting their breakfast show live from the Currumbin Boatshed on Saturday, 30 November and will be stand up paddleboarding along the creek from 7.00am.

92.5 Triple M Breakfast Announcer, Bridge Daley, said: “Stand Up Against Domestic Violence is a very personal initiative of mine that began in 2015. Stand up paddleboards are such a quintessential Gold Coast way the Triple M community can show their support.

“It is such a nurturing, supportive and emotional day, a day of awareness and healing. A special day where strangers become friends and survivors are honoured.

Gold and Tweed coast locals are encouraged to come along and be a part of the morning in two ways: by taking part in stand up paddleboarding on the morning, and by making an individual pledge to stop violence against all people.

Join 92.5 Triple M’s Bridge & Spida for their Stand Up to Domestic Violence free event on Saturday, 30 November.
