The federal government has launched a new campaign promoting capped PBS prescription charges, awarding UM Australia a $10 million contract to run the campaign over the next six months.

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing unveiled a new ad yesterday highlighting the new $25 cap on prescriptions under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) for those with a Medicare card. Ogilvy was commissioned for $283,000 to develop the campaign’s creative.
