Underbelly top drama as Australian-made TV is most watched by viewers
Underbelly Razor was the only Australian-made drama to rank in the top ten most watched TV programs in Australia last week.
The Nine Network drama was watched by a metro audience of 1.41m, the fifth biggest audience of the week according to OzTam.
Seven’s Wild Boys rated 1.098m, 20th for the week.
However, Australian-produced content in other genres made a strong showing.
Underbelly is an incredibly poor excuse for a drama series. This country has so much to learn.
Sadly we won’t learn..Cashed Up Bogans are running this country into the ground on every cultural level.
Although sport dominates AUS TV psyche – opposite applies in features.
good to see aussie content drawing in the viewers. now maybe our local commerical networks can focus on making more of it, and making what they have already got better.
Did PTTR not screen?
Hi Graham, I don’t think Rafters aired last week (longer X Factor?). it was back this week though.
Cheers,
