Unmade Index ends the week on an uptick, but loses 5% across October

It was a solid Friday on the Unmade Index, closing up by 0.56% for the day, down by 1.56% across the week and down by 4.99% across October.

Nine (up 0.9%), Ooh Media (up 1.1%), Ive Group (also up 1.1%) and Gumtree (up 5.9%) were among the stocks that improved today, while merging media companies Seven West Media (down 2.1%) and Southern Cross Austereo (down 1.7%) both lost ground. Vinyl Group was also down, by 1.2%.

Aspermont issued an unremarkable quarterly update which saw it report profits of $400,000 for the last quarter, which did not move the share price in either direction.
