Val Morgan Digital elevates Alyce Thomas to group sales manager

Val Morgan Digital’s Alyce Thomas has been promoted to the newly created role of group sales manager.

Thomas joined the business as agency partnerships manager in August 2020, before stepping up into senior agency partnerships manager in December 2021.

During her time at Val Morgan she has led the launch of The Latch Sustainability vertical, as well as the brands e-commerce sustainable shopping platform, Keys to the City.

In the new role she will report directly to general manager of outdoor and digital sales, Liam O’Mearea.

“Alyce has demonstrated exceptional leadership, sales skills and strategic planning whilst being instrumental in the development and implementation of new products, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.” said O’Mearea. “Her achievements over the past 2.5 years speak for themselves, and we look forward to seeing Alyce develop further as an exceptional leader within our business.”

Thomas added: “I’m so excited to help launch Val Morgan Digital to greater heights of success and connect brands to our communities of like-minded people who share the same passions, goals and visions that they do.”

As group sales manager, Thomas will be responsible for building stronger relationships with key clients, helping them reach audiences at scale across communal passion points.

The appointment comes as Val Morgan Digital has been tapped to represent US publications Bustle and Inverse locally, adding to the group’s suite of media brands, which includes The Latch, Popsugar, Thrillist and Fandom.
