Victorian Government launches streaming service to support creative industries during lockdown

Australian viewers have a new streaming service to watch during the COVID-19 lockdown, with the Victorian Government launching Together Victoria today.

The site will feature music and comedy performances, as well as footage of animals from Melbourne Zoo, film screenings, virtual tours of exhibitions and galleries, and exercise and wellbeing resources.

In collaboration with the Mushroom Group, a new live series, State of Music, will also feature weekly performances from home-grown artists. The first episode will stream on Together Victoria, as well as across Facebook and YouTube, at 7:30pm on Sunday, 3 May. It will feature Birds of Tokyo, Diesel, G Flip, James Reyne and Michael Gudinski.
