Mumbrella held live video hangout with Edelman Australia’s chief operating officer Matthew Gain about the latest trends and technology coming from the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas at 11am AEDST.
CES has become one of the biggest events in the calendar for technology brands to unveil their latest innovations, with the major talking points this year around connected devices and the internet of things, 3D printing and 4K screens and the lack of content for them.
Gain, who works with several major tech brands including Samsung, Telstra and Adobe at Edelman, has been in Las Vegas all week taking in the latest trends, and assessing what they mean for marketers in Australia.
Among tech products revealed at the show are a new Sony Walkman with high resolution music, a host of new 4K televisions – TVs that stretch 4000 pixels wide, connected and self-driving cars and new virtual reality technology.
