Viewers prefer Budget over debut of The Last Resort
The ABC’s broadcast of the 2017 Federal Budget had 639,000 metro viewers, well ahead of Nine’s reality franchise The Last Resort, which had a metro audience of just 414,000 for its initial outing.
The poor results mean Nine placed third for the evening with a 15.7% audience share, behind Seven’s 19.1% and Ten’s 17.5%, according to OzTAM’s overnight preliminary metro ratings.
>> Nine’s Love Child managed to win the 8:30pm timeslot with 521,000 metro viewers, while Ten’s NCIS didn’t make the top 20.
But the accompanied graphics showed NCIS was 13th on 563,000 ahead of Love Child. It must be NCIS: Los Angeles which did not make the top 20.
Hi Johnson,
