Jenna Orme takes on the role of head of difference
Communications agency We Are Different has appointed former Fleishman Hillard Australia managing director Jenna Orme to a newly created leadership role.
Describing itself as an “earned-first creative” agency, We Are Different has named Orme head of difference, an operational position responsible for overseeing both people and commercial performance.
Orme spent the past 12 months running her freelance consultancy, Plus One, after leaving the TBWA-owned Fleishman in January 2025 after three years. She will report directly to We Are Different founder Stuart Terry.
Her arrival coincides with the promotion of Siobhan Veddovi-McCaughan, from senior account director to group performance director after two years with the agency.
Orme’s appointment comes as Siobhan Veddovi-McCaughan is promoted from senior account director to group performance director, after two years with the agency.
