‘We stop talking to encourage our audience to start talking’: Triple M switch off the mics for men’s mental health

In support of men’s mental health, Triple M will be switching off all microphones on July 1 to make room for listeners to check in with themselves and their mates.

Triple M has partnered with Lifeline for its annual No Talk Day, where across all 49 stations, Triple M will pause all shows, announcers and ads, along with all news and traffic reports, between 6am and 6pm, “as a reminder to make mental health a priority and encourage listeners to start a conversation for themselves or with someone they care about”.
