Werx launches in Melbourne – where there’s a ‘media buyer and planner shortage’

Five year-old Sydney recruitment firm Werx Creative Recruiting has opened an office in Melbourne.

The operation will be run by Lynette Edelstein (pictured), a consultant with the firm.

“We are hoping to attract candidates from either cities to fill shortages within the markets,” said Rex Bellairs, a founder of Werx. “At the moment, Melbourne is experiencing a shortage of media buyers and planners, so we are hoping that our candidates may consider re-locating to Melbourne for a life-style change.”

Werx’s clients in Sydney include Clemenger Proximity, Wunderman, G2, Saatchi and Saatchi, Neon Creative, 303 Group and Morris and Partners.
