West Australian Newspapers makes voluntary redundancies, moves to seven day newsroom

West Australian Newspapers editor Anthony De Ceglie has called for voluntary redundancies ahead of an integration of editorial teams.

As reported by The Australian this morning, De Ceglie sent an email to staff advising that as part of a ‘review’ of the company’s operations, there was ‘excess capability’ and asking for voluntary redundancies.
