Whybin\TBWA’s Cassie Sacks appointed to The Works

Sydney ad agency The Works has appointed its first HR position. Cassie Sacks joins the team as HR director from Whybin\TBWA. Sacks established the HR Ring for HR professionals in the advertising industry to discuss ideas. She is also a member of the Human Resources Institute.

Independent Sydney advertising agency The Works has appointed former Whybin\TBWA national human resources manager Cassie Sacks to lead the development of its ambitious staff.

Sacks will manage the agency’s talent including career planning, training, performance measurement and retention as well recruitment of new staff.
