Wicked Sister appoints FORWARD and Khemistry as its PR and digital agency

Dessert and snacks brand Wicked Sister has named FORWARD as its new public relations and digital agency, following a competitive review of its PR and social media strategy.

In collaboration with its GrowthOps group partners, Khemistry and GrowthOps Performance, FORWARD secured the account to manage an integrated PR, social creative, and influencer marketing program.

The agencies will handle continuous social media and PR efforts while also supporting the launch of Wicked Sister’s new High-Protein 510g tubs and a new vanilla flavour this month.

This partnership aligns with the brand’s ongoing strategy to reinforce its position as a leader in the premium at-home desserts and snacks market.

Melbourne-based creative agency Communicado remains in place as Wicked Sister’s advertising partner, with Half Dome continuing to place ATL paid media for the brand.

Wicked Sister head of marketing and NPD Pedro Demartini said: “We’re excited to partner with FORWARD and Khemistry as we expand our collaboration with influencers and up our social media and PR game. Their innovative and creative approach will enhance our brand presence and integrate seamlessly into our overall marketing strategy.”

FORWARD founder and managing director Fergus Kibble added: “Our team is delighted to welcome this home-grown Australian brand to join our roster of leading FMCG brands. They’re committed to growth and understand the powerful combination of social media and PR to drive engagement and advocacy.”

The relationship with Wicked Sister adds even further depth to FORWARD’s experience across the grocery food sector with past and present clients, including Sunrice, Betty Crocker, Dairy Farmers, Uncle Toby’s, Maggi, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s.
