Workplace culture consultancy Ministry of Work launched as agency spinoff
Marketing and PR agency Mkt Communications has launched a sister management consultancy, Ministry of Work, which will support organisations and leaders evolve their work cultures.
Ministry of Work is founded on the belief that “we can create the shifts we need in the world through our relationship with work and connecting back to our innate human desires and needs, individual and collective purpose.”
Ministry of Work will operate alongside Mkt Communications
The consultancy will work with clients on ‘moving’ culture, as opposed to changing it, as the word ‘change’ evokes feelings of uncertainty and fear in workplaces.
