2013 – The year’s disliked personalities
1. Kyle Sandilands
“Arrogant”, “rude”, “obnoxious” and “annoying” are words that Australians use to describe Sandilands yet his enduring on-air success leaves even the people who feel this way uncertain whether they are fans or not. One Encore Score respondent posed the rhetorical question: “Foolish, but strangely likeable?” The star’s move to a new network in 2014 will certainly answer that.
2. Matthew Newton
Like Sandilands before him, Newton cops a beating for his perceived “arrogance” with few Encore Score respondents able to look past his well documented and highly public struggles.

I’ll just throw in another one there – Melissa Doyle. Love her or hate her, the whole “Dumping from Sunrise” thingy was played out like a soap opera.
All of these dislikeables seem a little dated and irrelevant for 2013 except for Tom Waterhouse…
There are two sides to Alan Jones.
One the champion of the underdog.
The other, a sometimes factually incorrect,interrupting individual who’s opinion is always the right one!
However,despite his faults, I still listen to him religiously every day.

How could Eddie MacGuire be missing from this list?
Putting aside the absence of either a personality or a neck, he attempted a “joke” about gorillas and insulted Aam Goodes – a highly respected man.
MacGuire wins the disliked category hands down.
