
2024 AWARD Awards winners revealed

The winners of the 45th AWARD Awards have been revealed, with The Monkeys, Revolver, M&C Saatchi and more taking home multiple Golds.
31 Gold pencils were awarded across 18 categories on Thursday night, with a further 74 Silver and 118 Bronze pencils handed out. Special Awards were also awarded across 16 categories.
The Monkeys, part of Accenture Song, took home the coveted Grand Award, was crowned both the Individual Agency of the Year and the Agency Network of the Year, and took home four golds for the Sydney Opera House’s ‘Play It Safe’.
The agency’s creative leaders Tara Ford and Barbara Humphries won the Creative Leader or Leadership Team of the Year category, while Howatson+Company’s creative duo Jared Wicker and Scott Zuliani took home Creative Director or Team of the Year. The Monkeys’ Penny Brown also took home Agency Producer of the Year.
Special Australia took home the inaugural Best B2B Campaign for the Shift 20 Initiative, Account Team of the Year for Uber, and was a runner-up in multiple categories.
Meanwhile, production company Revolver won five golds across three pieces of work, and was named the Production Company of the Year.
OMD Australia was named the Media Agency of the Year, and Telstra was awarded Marketing Team of the Year.
Going North’s Nina Fitzgerald and Shaun Edwards took home the Indigenous Creative Talent award.
M&C Saatchi took home two golds, as did Howatson+Company and TBWA\HAKUHODO. DDB Group Aotearoa took home three.

You’ve earned bragging rights across our region with work that not only stood out, but made us lean in, moved us and spurred us into taking action,” said AWARD’s chair, and co-CCO at Saatchi & Saatchi, Mandie van der Merwe.

The winners this year represent the pointy end of creativity and set the bar high for the standard of work AWARD champions and celebrates in this corner of the world,” she continued.
