My alarm goes off and I get ready and walk to the gym for an hour-long HIIT class, run home and take shower. Check Slack messages and emails from overnight.
I put on my uniform of all black – I wear all black most days to save time choosing what to wear.
You are not getting enough sleep.
Why is it that self appointed ‘CEO’s of small businesses seem to always tell others what time they wake up?
Dear Mumbrella, people can self post this sort of stuff onto Linkedin.
Luckily I do manage to make it to bed earlier some nights! But the reality of running a start up as well as an established business does mean sometimes 6-7hrs a night can be a reality. My respect goes out to those who manage to juggle kids in this mix too!
