2m+ ratings as the rise of Masterchef continues

Ten’s Masterchef stormed through the 2m mark in Wendesday night’s ratings as The Gruen Transfer made a solid second appearance on ABC1 with just over 1.2m and Hey Hey It’s Saturday struggled with 900,000 on Nine.  

Ten easily won the night with a 27.6% share. With four nights of the ratings week gone, Ten has a narrow – and rare – lead for the week. Ten’s weekly share is 23.9% to Seven’s 23.8% and Nine’s 22.8%.

Meanwhile, SBS1 scored 336,000 for its midnight crunch World Cup game of England vs Slovenia.
