3 Phase Marketing has appointed Aaron Luxmoore as its national commercial director.
Luxmoore will be responsible for driving new business and refining the agency’s sales process, whilst expanding the company’s client list into new industries.

Luxmoore joins from Village Roadshow’s marketing solutions division, Edge, where he spent seven months as national commercial director.
