Chandon unveiled as new sponsor for McLaren-Honda Formula One team
Australian sparkling wine brand Chandon has been unveiled as a sponsor for the McLaren-Honda Formula One team, and is set to launch a content marketing campaign featuring drivers Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button ahead of the Melbourne Grand Prix next week.

7 March 2016, Chandon is igniting the spark at the 2016 Rolex Formula 1™ Australian Grand Prix, with the race marking the official launch of its partnership with the McLaren Honda Formula 1™ team. Led by British F1™ legend Jenson Button and Spanish racing star Fernando Alonso, the glamourous sport was a perfect fit for leading sparkling wine brand Chandon.Chandon was born out of the spirit of open-mindedness within a search for new horizons in Old World wine-making 60 years ago. As one of the most successful teams in Formula 1 history, McLaren meets Chandon, the vibrant sparkling wine, with the same boundless conquering spirit.
