‘A forward-thinking leader’: Match & Wood unveils ex-Impressive MD as head of digital and transformation

Ronny Raichura
Indie media agency Match & Wood has announced its new head of digital and transformation – a marketing and digital expert with an international resume.
Ronny Raichura has joined the agency to take on the role. He will be responsible for the agency’s digital product nationally, while supporting its client and business portfolio with innovative data transformation and martech offerings.
He boasts 20 years of industry experience, gathered from working in independent agencies and international networks.
During his career, Raichura has served as head of biddable and analytics at iProspect in India; spent more than two years as head of digital performance at VCCP Media in London; worked as head of analytics at Omnicom Media Group UK; filled the head of digital activation role at digital-first, full-service agency, Resolution, and more.
His most recent gig before joining Match & Wood was managing director at Impressive – the performance agency he joined in June 2022 as general manager before becoming MD approximately one year later.

“Ronny joining the business marks an exciting chapter for us. His expertise in digital and transformation aligns perfectly with our focus on innovation and growth. We’re thrilled to have such a forward-thinking leader on board to help us redefine what’s possible,” said Lyndelle O’Keefe, Match & Wood’s chief executive officer.
“We are committed to staying at the forefront of change; through the use of our proprietary tools and a clear focus on the pain points of modern marketers, we’re helping give our clients the competitive advantage they need right now, and Ronny will be an incredible driving force around this.”
Raichura described the latest chapter in his career as “exciting”, praising his new employer for its dedication to future proofing.
“Joining Match & Wood is an incredibly exciting opportunity for me. I have worked in global networks and independent agencies across the UK, India and Australia, and I haven’t seen the level of commitment that Match & Wood have to future proofing their business anywhere before,” Raichura said.
“I’m excited to bring my experience and specialism in digital performance to Match & Wood to ensure we are at the cutting edge of change in this space.”
Raichura will be based at the agency’s Cremorne office in Melbourne.
The announcement of his appointment comes over one month after Match & Wood unveiled that it had picked up My Muscle Chef’s ex-chief marketing officer, Liam Loan-Lack, to serve as the organisation’s chief commercial and strategy officer.
I’ve heard Impressive ain’t that impressive! Great move and congrats!
