Define “success”.
“Success” is what the client aims to achieve. It could be to boost conversions (and for the client conversions may be impressions, engagement, sales, leads). Others define “success” as the time and cost save of junior staff reviewing 100s of images or writing and rewriting versions of copy for ads (often without much direct client experience), without the benefit of data objectivity to inform their choices pre launch. Senior managers and the end clients of agencies want data to back up decisions and CEOs want their marketers/agencies to leverage and monetize data.
We think success is a smarter digital ad spend and comes from harnessing data at the very beginning of the campaign. This data is readily available, it enhances work processes and informs/improves results.
