Andrew Mudgway departs Initiative for Fairfax as Victorian agency sales director role

Media agency Initiative has lost its Melbourne managing director Andrew Mudgway who is moving over to run Fairfax’s agency relationships.

Stephen Fisher will be taking the reins at Initiative Melbourne as managing director, a promotion from the role of general manager which he has held for the last year.

Mudgway, who has been in the Initiative role for almost five years, will take the role of Victorian agency sales director for publisher Fairfax.
