ARN finishes the day close to its all time low as Unmade Index improves

ARN Media saw the worst of Wednesday’s trading on the Unmade Index, losing 2.1% to land on a share price of 46c, only just above the company’s August all-time low of 45c. The audio company’s market capitalisation is now just $144m – remarkably only twice that of the $70m profit it expects to declare for the year.

The other ASX-listed media and marketing stock to lose ground today was Ive Group, which has gone backwards since yesterday’s AGM when it told the market that revenue in its retail and media sectors was softer than expected over the last four months. Ive lost another 1.8% today.

Meanwhile the best performer was mini holdco Enero, owner of BMF and Orchard, which gained 3.3%. Vinyl Group improved by 2.4% although it is still trading close to a 12-month low.
