New speakers for the Retail Marketing Summit: Adam Driussi, Ingrid Maes and Dr Tiberio Caetano

Joining the forum, Woolworths’ director of loyalty and data, Ingrid Maes, will co-present with data analytics firm Quantium CEO Adam Driussi on the strategic loyalty programs they have rolled out, including the supermarket giant’s rewards program.

On the topic of artificial intelligence (AI), chief scientist from machine learning specialist firm Ambiata Dr Tiberio Caetano, will separate the truth from the hype and offer advice on how brands can get started with AI/machine learning to improve their bottom line.
