Australian Survivor finale delivers 877,000 metro viewers

The final moments of the champions and contenders season of Australian Survivor had 877,000 metro viewers.

The main episode in the lead-up to the winner announcement delivered 862,000 metro viewers for Ten, which will likely be considered a win after the network predicted it would “comfortably deliver [Survivor’s] highest-rating finale”. Season one’s finale had 1.082m for the final moments, but 859,0000 for the main episode – 3,000 less than this year.

This season’s finale was also significantly up on last year’s effort, which had 787,000 for the winner’s announcement and 720,000 for the main episode.
